These could indicate heat stroke.<\/li>\n<li><b>Dress smart:<\/b>\u00a0Light, breathable clothing is your best friend in hot conditions.<\/li>\n<li><b>Take breaks:<\/b>\u00a0Schedule regular cool-down periods, especially during peak heat hours.<\/li>\n<li><b>Stay hydrated:<\/b>\u00a0Provide easy access to water and encourage frequent drinking.<\/li>\n<li><b>Cool it down:<\/b>\u00a0Use fans, air conditioning, or cooling stations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These are by no means the only tips for keeping cool, but by following them, we can beat the heat and keep our team safe.
