That includes your team, drivers, visitors, and even families waiting at home. And here\u2019s the thing. When safety is stable, work flows more smoothly. Less stress. Fewer injuries. Fewer equipment issues. Better morale. Better output.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Here are a few tips to assist you with building a safety-first mindset<\/span><\/h2>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Treat safety like a value, not a checkbox.\u00a0If the goal is \u201cdon\u2019t get caught,\u201d culture stays weak. If the goal is \u201cnobody gets hurt,\u201d decisions change fast. Slow down at blind corners. Keep three points of contact. Wear the PPE that\u2019s required. Every time.<\/li>\n<li>Own your space and fix small problems early.\u00a0See stretch wrap in an aisle? Pick it up. Notice a damaged pallet? Tag it and pull it from use. Small hazards turn into big injuries.
