cable is &#8211; but even fancy tools can miss a wire or two.\u00a0 I work at home and Wednesdays are usually one of my busiest days.\u00a0 Well, today is Wednesday &#8211; and today the guys burying Fiber Optic Cable hit our Internet Cable.\u00a0 That made today start off a little frustrating.\u00a0 But instead of getting mad, I contacted my clients to let them know of the issue and started thinking of ways to apply this to safety.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Apply the above situation to your facility.\u00a0 After assuring nobody has been injured and everything is under control &#8211; what can you do to best avoid a similar situation happening again?\u00a0 While it&#8217;s fresh in your mind &#8211; get your maintenance, safety team, staff that&#8217;s been affected, and management together and discuss steps for the future.\u00a0 Mistakes aren&#8217;t fun to deal with &#8211;
